The Heart Chakra is the center for unconditional love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness and tolerance. The Heart is the seat of the Soul. The Anahata nurtures life lessons of love and compassion, self acceptance and confidence, hope and inspiration, and generosity. On the flip side, hate, fear, envy, anger and despair reflect an imbalance of the Heart Chakra. The purpose of the Anahata includes maintaining the connections and ties to those we love. Heart Chakra imbalance may be felt as difficult relationships, living through others, depending on others for your happiness, and a lack of self discipline. It is directly connected to the Astral layer of the aura. It is the bridge, or melting pot, between the lower/denser energies of our body Chakras, and the higher/lighter energies of the higher Chakras.

  • Naga

    Naga

    Price range: $35.99 through $41.99
Traditions about nāgas are also very common in all the Buddhist countries of Asia. In many countries, the nāga concept has been merged with local traditions of great and wise serpents or dragons such as the Burmese. In Tibetan religion, the nāga was equated with the klu  that dwell in lakes or underground streams and guard treasure.
The Buddhist nāga generally has the form of a great cobra, usually with a single head but sometimes with many. At least some of the nāgas are capable of using magic powers to transform themselves into a human semblance. In Buddhist painting, the nāga is sometimes portrayed as a human being with a snake or dragon extending over his head. One nāga, in human form, attempted to become a monk; when telling it that such ordination was impossible, the Buddha told it how to ensure that it would be reborn a human, able to become a monk.

  • Abhaya Mudra "Fearless Mudra" or Hamsa

Abhaya Mudra “Fearless Mudra” or Hamsa

    Price range: $35.99 through $40.99

    Abhaya Mudra

The Abhaya mudrā (“mudrā of no-fear”) represents protection, peace, benevolence, and dispelling of fear. In the Theravāda, it is usually made with the right hand raised to shoulder height, the arm bent and the palm facing outward with the fingers upright and joined and the left hand hanging down while standing. In Thailand and Laos, this mudrā is associated with the walking Buddha, often shown having both hands making a double Abhaya mudrā that is uniform. The mudrā was probably used before the onset of Buddhism as a symbol of good intentions proposing friendship when approaching strangers.

The hamsa (also romanized khamsa, meaning lit. “five”) is a palm-shaped amulet popular throughout the Middle East and North Africa, and commonly used in jewellery and wall hangings. Depicting the open right hand, an image recognized and used as a sign of protection in many societies throughout history, the hamsa is believed to provide defense against the evil eye.
